Caroline Parker

Caroline Parker is a J.D. student at Yale Law School. She is the co-president of the LPE student group at YLS and is a student editor for the LPE Blog, covering posts on climate, agriculture, and environmental justice. She is interested in the opportunities and constraints to addressing climate change at the state and local level. In addition LPE, Caroline provides research support to Denver City Council on progressive tax, revenue, and housing policy. She is also a student fellow with the environmental justice team at New York Lawyers for the Public Interest (NYLPI).

Before law school, Caroline worked on child and family welfare policy in Colorado. She worked closely with state legislators and local agencies to investigate and reform problems associated with youth incarceration and the privatization of human services. She holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia in Political and Social Thought.
