Incarcerated workers are some of the most vulnerable to violence and exploitation, yet their struggles have historically been omitted or excluded from the purview of the labor movement. This webinar will explore the key differences between work protections in the carceral and free worlds, recent litigation and legislative strategies, and how labor lawyers can support incarcerated labor struggles.
