James Brandt (@j_e_brandt) is the Managing Editor of the Law and Political Economy Blog, as well as a freelance academic editor based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Previously, as an editor at Harvard University Press, he acquired and published books in philosophy, law, politics, and the social sciences. And prior to his editorial turn, he was a graduate student in political theory at Harvard University, where he worked on philosophical questions related to justice, equality, and social contract theory.
