Diana Reddy is currently a Doctoral Researcher in the Jurisprudence and Social Policy Program at UC Berkeley. Her scholarship focuses on the relationship between work law, social movements, and political economy, and has been published in Yale Law Journal Forum, Emory Law Journal, and other academic outlets. Before returning to academia, Diana served as in-house counsel for the California Teachers Association, a labor union representing over 325,000 educators in the state of California. Prior to that, she was an associate with Altshuler Berzon LLP, where she litigated labor, environmental, and voting rights cases, and she was a Fellow in the General Counsel’s Office of the AFL-CIO. Diana graduated Order of the Coif from New York University School of Law.
