At the Blog
Blog editors Caroline Parker and Sam Aber hosted some back-to-school programming:
On Monday, they provided 1Ls with a very brief field guide to LPE. Applicable to 2Ls, 3Ls, and named chairs as well.
On Tuesday, they offered a list of recommended readings to help orient the critically-minded law student.
Then, on Thursday, we gathered seven reactions to the Supreme Court’s recent eviction moratorium decision, from Amy Kapczynski, Nikolas Bowie, Tara Raghuveer, Katharine Jackson, John Whitlow, Blake Emerson, & Ashraf Ahmed.
